Coffee delight

Ingredients to make Coffee Delight:

  • Coffee (1 coffee maker for 4 coffee)
  • 2 vanilla custard
  • 20 bag pasiegos sobaos (rectangular better)
  • Assembled Nnata (you can assemble it or buy it already assembled)
  • Colacao to garnish

How to make Coffee Delight:

  1. The coffee is made and we sweeten it to taste with sugar.
  2. We let it cool.
  3. In a rectangular dish, we place the sobaos one close to the other until it is covered.
  4. We pour all the coffee on the sobaos until they get soaked.
  5. On top of these, we put the custard covering the source and once this is done we put the whipped cream.
  6. With a spatula, we spread the cream until it is as smooth as possible and we decorate the surface sprinkling colacao or chocolate in the form of rain. (L decoration to taste).
  7. It is served very cold.
  8. Better to do it the day before and keep it in the fridge.
