Coffee Cappuccino, Banana and Almond Milk

Ingredients to make Cappuccino with coffee, banana and almond milk:

  1. 5 u. yolk
  2. 1 l. milk
  3. 200 gr. sugar
  4. 3 u. espresso coffee
  5. 1 pc. banana
  6. 2 dl. cream
  7. 50 gr. raw almond
  8. 2 sheet gelatin

How to make Coffee, Banana and Almond Milk Cappuccino:

  • For the coffee cream: To make the coffee cream, put the 5 yolks, 1/2 l of milk, the three coffees and the 100 grams of sugar in a water bath.
  • When it reaches a temperature of 80ºC, remove from the heat and cool in another ice bath.
  • For the banana: Blend the banana and cream until creamy.
  • For the almond milk: Soak the almonds in water for 5 hours.
  • After this time, cook with the milk and the rest of the sugar over low heat for 1/2 hour.
  • Add the 2 gelatin sheets and let cool.
  • Assembly: In a glass we put coffee cream on the base, then the banana cream and almond milk.
  • We beat it with a powerful mixer until foamy and add it to the glass.
