  • 150 grams of salted fresh cod
  • 1 ripe red tomato
  • ½ egg onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 25 grams of brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 splash of olive oil

How to make Cod with tomato and onion:

  1. The first thing to do to make this cod with tomato and onion is to prepare all the ingredients that we are going to use.
  2. Next, chop the onion and garlic finely as shown in the image.
  3. In a frying pan, add 4 tablespoons of oil and put the onion and garlic to fry slowly over low heat. This is how we will begin to make the cod with tomato sauce.
