  • 100 grams of desalted shredded cod
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 2 grams of sweet paprika (paprika)
  • 3 grams of parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 liter of oil for frying
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Cod Meatballs:

  1. Leave all the ingredients ready to start making the homemade cod meatballs.
  2. Peel and cook the potatoes in boiling salted water for about 35 minutes, or until a knife can be inserted into them and slides easily.
  3. Beat the egg with the crushed garlic. In this way, your cod meatballs will have much more flavor.
  4. Mash the potatoes until they are puree and add the sweet paprika (paprika), the finely chopped parsley, the beaten egg, the salt and the pepper.
