- 200 grams of salted cod
- 125 grams of butter
- 50 grams of fresh coriander
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 100 milliliters of water
- 200 grams of flour

- In a saucepan, brown the chopped onion with a little oil.
- Cut the salted cod into small pieces and take the opportunity to check that it does not have bones.

- When the onion is transparent, add the cod and the chopped coriander.
- Add the butter and when it melts, add the flour all at once, stirring constantly until a paste forms.
