Ingredients to make cod and parsley croquettes:
- 300 grams of cod.
- 2 units of eggs.
- 60 grams of wheat flour.
- 50 grams of bread crumb.
- 2 units of white onion.
- 50 grams of fresh parsley.

How to make cod and parsley croquettes:
- Prelist the ingredients.
- In a bowl add the cod and a white onion cut into pieces. Process with a mixer.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the eggs and wheat flour. Process again until all the ingredients is integrated.
- Finally add the breadcrumbs and the chopped parsley. Process.
- Assemble them croquettes making medium-sized balls.
- In a deep frying pan, add oil to fry. Once hot, add the croquettes, trying not to add more than four so that they do not stick. Remove them and transfer them to absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
