Coconut weathered shrimp recipe

Ingredients to make Coconut Weathered Shrimp:

  • enough shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups of hariana
  • a beer (any)
  • 2 eggs
  • Coconut lined
  • and separate flour
  • olive oil of preference

How to make Coconut Weathered Shrimp:

  1. Peel the shrimp and open the back part with a knife, to open them and crush them, then wash them very well, drain and flour since they are all floured, make a mixture with the flour, the eggs and the beer
  2. You are calculating the thickness with the beer and once the shake is done, put a pan with very hot oil and pass the shrimp through the shake and then through the coconut and oil.
  3. When they are well toasted on both sides, that’s it. They are accompanied with rice that you like.
