Ingredients to make Coconut Green Beans:
- 450 grams of green beans
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of onion seeds (nebula seeds)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons grated coconut
How to make Coconut Green Beans:
1 The first step to prepare this delicious dish typical of Indian cuisine will be to steam the green beans for one minute. Cook the beans whole and then pass them under cold water to stop the cooking and prevent them from losing color.
2 Next, drain well and cut bite-size pieces, diagonally as if to form diamonds. If you want you can do this preparation in advance.
3 Separately, place a pan with the oil along with the seeds over medium heat. Cook and stir the seeds until they start to crackle.
