Coastal Seafood Casserole Recipe

Ingredients to make Coastal Seafood Casserole:

  • 1 pound fresh mixed seafood
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of aji no moto
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 onion chopped into pieces
  • 5 sweet peppers chopped into small pieces
  • 3 sprigs of cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of water

How to make Coastal Seafood Casserole:

  1. Cook the shellfish in a pot with water, salt, aji no moto and chopped garlic for 2 minutes and drain.
  2. Heat the oil and sauté the onion, chilies and coriander.
  3. Add shellfish and stir until flavors blend.
  4. Add coconut milk, water and curry stir until sauce is cooked.
  5. Don’t let it dry out.
  6. Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with patacones, French fries or rice
