Classic Baked Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients to make classic baked Lasagna:

  • 1 kilo minced meat
  • 4 sheets of lasagna
  • oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 8 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 kilos of crushed tomato
  • 1/2 glass of red wine
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • thyme
  • laurel
  • 1/2 kilo of ricotta cheese
  • 150 ml. liquid cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 kilo of sliced ​​mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams grated paremsan cheese

How to make Classic Baked Lasagna:

  1. Sauté the minced meat and reserve.
  2. Sauté the onion and add the tomato, wine, garlic, tomato concentrate, a few thyme leaves, a bay leaf and the minced meat.
  3. Cook for 1 hour. Prepare the pasta. Place 200 ml of the meat sauce on a baking tray.
  4. Arrange a sheet of pasta and sprinkle a third of the cheese mixture. Repeat the operation until finishing with a layer of meat.
  5. Cover with mozzarella and sprinkle Parmesan. Gratin ate for 45 minutes. Rest for 25 minutes before cutting.
