Clams with prawn’s recipe

Ingredients to make Clams with prawns:

  • 600 gr of clams
  • 300 grams of prawns
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt

How to make Clams with prawns:

  1. Put a frying pan with the oil on a low heat. When hot, add the chopped garlic clove.
  2. Once it has taken color, the intensity of the fire is increased and the clams, the peeled prawns and the parsley are added, all at the same time.
  3. Season and leave for a minute with the pan covered.
  4. After that, we add the wine and keep it for 1/2 minute. Serve immediately.
