Clams with Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients to make Clams with Potatoes:

  • For 4 people:
  • 1 kg. clam
  • Garlic
  • chili
  • sweet ground paprika
  • onion
  • 1 glass white wine
  • potato
  • oil

How to make Clams with Potatoes:

  1. Peel the garlic and fillet them.
  2. Peel and cut the onion into small pieces.
  3. In a clay pot, lightly fry the garlic and when it begins to brown, add the onion and chili pepper, let the onion cook slowly, once it is transparent, add 1 or 2 teaspoons of sweet ground paprika.
  4. Add the glass of white wine and as soon as it starts to boil add the very clean clams
  5. Cover and let them open.
  6. Meanwhile fry peeled and diced potatoes.
  7. Reserve them to serve.
  8. For each diner, a bottom of potatoes is placed on a plate to which the clams with their sauce are added on top of the potatoes.
  9. Serve and enjoy the dish!!
