- For 4 people:
- 1 kilo of clams.
- oregano to taste
- 2 ripe salad tomatoes.
- 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese.
How to make Parmigiana clams with oregano:
- We put the clams in a wide casserole and with a little water we put on the fire until they open.
- We remove them from the casserole and reserve.
- We crush the raw and washed salad tomatoes with a blender and add a little olive oil and salt.
- Place a teaspoon of the tomato on each part of the clam shell that does not have meat, sprinkle the cheese and oregano and place in the oven until the cheese melts.
