Ingredients to make Clams with Cava:
- 1 kilo of clams
- 1 onion
- 2 cayenne chilies
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 glass of cava
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make clams with cava:
- Put the clams in cold water and salt for 1 hour so that they expel all the sand.
- Wash them and reserve them.
- Chop the onion very small and put it to fry in the pan with a little oil.
- In a mortar, crush the garlic with the chilies and the parsley and add it to the onion when it is poached.
- Add the cava, a little salt and the clams.
- When open, remove from heat and serve hot.
