Clams with broad beans recipe

Ingredients to make Clams with broad beans:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 500 grams of Clams
  • 2 branches of Coriander
  • 300 grams of Broad beans baby
  • 300 milliliters of white wine
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 200 milliliters of Fish broth
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Clams with broad beans:

  1. Rinse the clams wellso that they do not have any sand.
  2. Peel the onion and chop it very fine. We put a casserole on the fire with a little oliveoil and add the onion with a pinch of salt.
  3. Crush the garlic clove and add it. Add the baby beans and the clams.
  4. We put the casserole over low heatand cover it so that the clams open little by little.
  5. After about 5 minutes, the clams will have opened, so we add ground black pepper, the fish broth and the white wine.
  6. We let the broth of the beans with clams reduce and we obtain a rich sauce. Chop the cilantro very finely and add it to the casserole.
  7. We put the casserole of broad beans with clams over low heat for thirty minutes so that the sauce finishes thickening.
