Clams “lick lick” recipe

Ingredients to make “lame lick” clams:

  • for 4 people
  • 2 kg. of clams
  • 1 onion
  • 1 level tablespoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • Oil
  • Salt

How to make lick lick clams:

  1. The clams are cleaned by leaving them in salted water for several hours, moving them from time to time.
  2. Put the clams in a saucepan over high heat without adding water.
  3. When the water they release begins to boil, add the chopped parsley.
  4. In a frying pan with a little oil (approximately 3 tablespoons) fry the finely chopped onion.
  5. When it is transparent, add the paprika. Pour the contents of the pan into the casserole where the clams are.
  6. Add the tablespoon of breadcrumbs and bring to a boil before serving.
  7. As you will see, one has wine and the other does not, and one has paprika and the other does not.
  8. I personally put a teaspoon of paprika and a little wine.
