- 1 kilogram of Clams
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 3 garlic cloves
- ½ cup of dry white wine

- First you have to leave the clams to soak in cold water with saltfor 30 minutes, so that they release all the sand they can carry.

- Chop the garlic and parsley.
