Clams in tomato sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Clams in tomato sauce:

  • 1 kilogram of Clams
  • ½ head of garlic
  • ½ glass of Tomato Fruco
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • ½ glass of wine
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 jet of Oil
  • Fresh parsley

How to make Clams in tomato sauce:

  1. To start preparing this recipe for clams in tomato sauce, the first thing we have to do is wash the clams wellunder running water, taking a handful in our hands and rubbing them together, and so on until they are all gone.
  2. This will serve to remove any grit that the clams may have on the surface of their shells.
  3. Next, chop the garlic and place a pot with oil to heat.
  4. When the oil has heated up, add the minced garlicand cook until golden.
  5. When the garlic is golden, add the clamsand a pinch of salt and cover them so that they open up due to the steam from the pot.
  6. Next, mix well the wine with the tomato, the ground pepper and the flour, in the same glass.
  7. Then we add this mixture to the clam pot and let it boil for a few minutes so that the flour does not remain raw.
  8. Sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley on top… And voila! And we have our clams in tomato sauceready to eat.
  9. And pour over the clams and let it boil
