Ingredients to make Clams in sauce:
- 1 kilo of clams
- 1 onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 small sprig of parsley
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 glass of olive oil
- 1 glass of white wine
How to make Clams in sauce:
- Pour the oil and the chopped onion into a casserole, and add the chopped parsley, bay leaf, flour and paprika.
- Add the clams, season with salt and add the white wine, letting it boil for a few minutes.
- Remove everything and leave at rest.
