Clams in sauce recipe

Ingredients to make Clams in sauce:

  • 1 kilo of clams
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 small sprig of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/2 glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine

How to make Clams in sauce:

  1. Pour the oil and the chopped onion into a casserole, and add the chopped parsley, bay leaf, flour and paprika.
  2. Add the clams, season with salt and add the white wine, letting it boil for a few minutes.
  3. Remove everything and leave at rest.
