Clams in Fine Wine Recipe

Ingredients to make Clams in Fine Wine:

  • 1 glass lemon (for wine)
  • olive oil for the sauce
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1/4 unit chili
  • 1 kg. clam
  • 1 glass of fine wine or cognac
  • 1 pc. lemon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 or 2 u. boiled egg
  • saffron
  • 1 bay leaf
  • chopped parsley
  • Bell pepper

How to make Clams in Fine Wine:

  1. In a greixonera fry the oil, add the garlic and chilli, all finely chopped.
  2. Add the well-washed clams, the lemon juice, the fine wine, and the red pepper chopped into small pieces.
  3. Sauté everything gently for about three minutes.
  4. When it is already sautéed, add the cornstarch, saffron, bay leaf and fish broth.
  5. Add the salt and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. At the end, put the hard-boiled eggs chopped into pieces, give it a spin and serve in the same greixonera.
