Ingredients to make Clams in Coconut Sauce:

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 large tomato

How to make Clams in Coconut Sauce:

  1. Clams can be purchased in the shell.
  2. Wash them well and put them to cook until they open.
  3. Then remove them from the shell and separate the water later to use it in cooking.
  4. Once this is done, chop the tomato, onion, pepper and garlic very small, and fry in the oil until cooked.
  5. Then add the clams and a little of the broth from the cooking of the clams.
  6. And let it cook for about 15 minutes or until the broth dries up.
  7. When this happens, add the substance broth and coconut milk.
  8. At this point you can add salt if necessary.
  9. Let it cook and stir constantly to prevent it from burning, and do not cover the pot, so that the milk does not curdle.
