Clams a la marinera with tomato recipe

Ingredients to make Seafood Clams with Tomato:

  • 1 handful of cherry tomato
  • 1 unit of tender garlic
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of parsley

How to make Seafood Clams with Tomato:

  1. Here we have the ingredients for the seafood clams.
  2. We will use a tender garlic, although you can also substitute it for garlic or onion.
  3. We will make this recipe with clams with cherry tomatoes.
  4. The first step to prepare this dish of clams with tomato is to thoroughly wash the clams.
  5. We will leave them to soak in cold water and then we will strain them and we will pass them for a while under the cold water jet.
  6. In a frying pan with a generous stream of extra virgin olive oil, we will fry the tender garlic, which we will have previously chopped.
  7. After a few minutes, when the tender garlic is almost ready, we will pour the clams.
  8. Next we will add the cherry tomatoescut in half and the white wine, and cover the pan so that the steam helps in cooking the seafood.
  9. The clams will open little by little.
  10. As a last step, we will season the seafood-style clams with tomato and sprinkle them with a little parsley, preferably fresh, although it can also be dry.
