- The first step to prepare this dish of clams with tomato is to thoroughly wash the clams.
- We will leave them to soak in cold water and then we will strain them and we will pass them for a while under the cold water jet.
- In a frying pan with a generous stream of extra virgin olive oil, we will fry the tender garlic, which we will have previously chopped.
- After a few minutes, when the tender garlic is almost ready, we will pour the clams.
