Ingredients to make Clam Bites:
- 16 u. big clam
- 200 ml. fish soup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 pc. egg
- Salt
- Ground white pepper
- Nutmeg
How to make Clam Bites:
Open the steamed clams, remove the shells and reserve the broth that they have released. Brown the flour in the butter, add the broth from the clams and the fish and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bathe the clams with this sauce and place them on a plate. Let them rest until the sauce has cooled.
Go through flour, beaten egg and chopped quely biscuit. Fry them in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.
