Ingredients to make Canelazo:

  • 500 milliliters of Water
  • 1 handful of cinnamon sticks (to taste)
  • 1 cup of cane brandy
  • 1 unit of lemon chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)

How to make Cinnamon:

  1. This is a typical Bogota cocktail, ideal for cold nights, served in clay pots.
  2. Cinnamon and lemon are boiled in the water.
  3. Remove the preparation from the heat and add the brandy and sugar to taste.
  4. It is served immediately.
