- ½ kilogram of Beans
- ¼ kilogram of Bacon
- ½ piece of Chorizo
- 250 grams of tomato

How to make Churro Beans with Chile:
1 We put the beans to soak the night before and leave them like that all night. The next day, we drain them and cook them in a pot with clean water. We cook them until they are soft and add salt to taste during the last minutes of cooking.
2 Once cooked, we reserve them for a moment (with the broth) and heat the oil in a clay pot. When hot, fry the finely chopped onion.
3 When it becomes transparent, add the chorizo cut into not very thick slices and fry. Then, add the chopped bacon and continue cooking.
4 When the bacon is almost ready, add the finely chopped tomato, stir and add the beans with the cooking broth. Add chopped cilantro and chili to taste. Let cook until the churro beans are ready.
