Chopped trout recipe

Ingredients to make CHOPPED TROUT:

  • Boned trout
  • Big head onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Flour

How to make CHOPPED TROUT:

  1. Bone the trout, when it is deboned, cut it into small pieces,
  2. add pepper and a little flour, so that when it goes to cook it does not stick.
  3. Chop the garlic and add a little parsley.
  4. Let the garlic rest with the parsley for 2 minutes; put the trout in a frying pan, greased with flour and pepper.
  5. Chop the onion and tomato; add the mixture of onion and tomato to the trout in Cadres. Let it rest and remove the tomato and onion axes, at the end add a little pepper and it’s ready for you to enjoy.
  6. If you want to make the trout in the oven, preheat the oven to 120º and follow the same recipe.
