Chopitos recipe

Ingredients to make Chopitos:

  • squid
  • Green pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Onion
  • boiled egg
  • olives
  • Tomatoes

How to make Chopitos:

  1. Chop the pepper, onion, egg, olive, and tomato. Salt it and put it to poach in a casserole.
  2. Then, clean pieces of squid are added. With this sauce, the bodies of the squid are stuffed and coated.
  3. The sauce that we have left over is passed through the chino and we use it as a background for the banderole.
