Chocos a la plancha recipe

Ingredients to make Chocos a la plancha:

  • 2 units of Chocolate
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of coarse salt
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 splash of olive oil

How to make Grilled Chocos:

  1. The night before, mince the garlic cloves very small and put them on top of the cuttlefish, on both sides, together with the chopped parsley, salt and a few drops of oil.
  2. The next day, when making them, they are grilled for about 20 minutes, not very strong.
  3. The idea is to cook them slowly and at the same time release their juices to form a sauce with the garlic and parsley dressing.
  4. Serve the grilled cuttlefishwith a fresh salad or some vegetable chips.
