Chocolate to coffee

Ingredients to make Chocolate with coffee:

  • 1 bar of good pure dark chocolate (without milk)
  • 1 cup of strong coffee
  • 1 glass of milk or water
  • Cream to mount (or mounted)
  • Sugar to taste
  • (chocolate must have a bitter point that sugar destroys),
  • day-old bread

How to make Chocolate to coffee:

  1. Put in a saucepan in a bain-marie (it is not the same as cooking chocolate that melts slowly) the chopped chocolate, the coffee and the milk or water. Let it melt slowly, stirring occasionally (I use a wooden spoon that I only use for chocolate).
  2. Meanwhile, cut the bread into slices or croutons and toast it. Whip the cream
  3. The chocolate will be done when, when stirring, there are no lumps and the color is uniform without dark spots. It is not necessary that it boil, in fact it is not advisable.
  4. Put the chocolate and a couple of tablespoons of cream in beautiful bowls, and accompany them to the table with the croutons.
