For the chocolate pancakes

  1. 1 egg
  2. 100 grams of chocolate to melt
  3. 1 tablespoon of sugar
  4. 150 milliliters of milk
  5. 100 grams of wheat flour

For the filling

  1. 200 grams of cream cheese
  2. 100 grams of icing sugar
  3. 1 pinch of vanilla essence

How to make Chocolate Pancake Cake step by step:

  • First, prepare the batter for the chocolate crepes. To do this, beat the egg with the sugar.
  • Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave. Keep in mind that it melts quite quickly, so start with 2-3 minute intervals, stir and check if it’s done. It is better to do this step little by little to burn the chocolate.

Trick: You can also melt it in a bain-marie or use cocoa powder and mix it with the flour.

  • Mix the chocolate with the egg and sugar and add the milk. You almost have the dough for the crepes ready to make the chocolate pancake cake
