Chocolate nougat recipe with almonds

  • 90 grams of lard
  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • 150 grams of milk chocolate
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 200 grams of toasted almonds

How to make chocolate nougat with almonds:

  1. Melt the lard with the three types of chopped chocolate over low heat so that they are well integrated.
  2. Add the skinless toasted almonds to the melted chocolate (if they are raw, toast them in a pan with a teaspoon of sunflower oil for a few minutes until they acquire a golden color, and once toasted, wait for them to cool before adding them to the chocolate).
  3. Put the chocolate with almonds in the nougat molds well distributed, tapping it several times on the table so that it settles well (if you don’t have nougat molds, use a clean milk carton cut crosswise).
  4. Put in the fridge for several hours until the chocolate with almond nougat is solid (at least 4-5 hours, ideally 24 hours minimum). Unmold and ready to eat.
