Chocolate Croquettes Recipe with Thermo Mix
Ingredients to make Chocolate Croquettes with Thermo mix:
- 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
- 2 cups of flour
- 800 grams of milk
- 1 cup of Cornstarch
- 2 cups of Cola Cao (cocoa powder)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
How to make Chocolate Croquettes with Thermo mix:
1 Put the butter and the flour in the glass and program 6 minutes, 100ºC and speed 5.
2 Add the cornstarch, the milk, the cola cao or cocoa powder and the sugar, mix everything on speed 8 and program 7 minutes at 90ºC and speed 5.
3 Put the bechamel in a bowl, let cool, form the croquettes, coat and fry.
4 Still hot, pass through a mixture of sugar and cinnamon and you already have the chocolate croquettes made with the thermo mix ready to eat.
