How to make Chocolate Burger:

  1. To get started with the chocolate burger recipe, you must first prepare the bun. To do this, first dissolve the yeast in the milk.
  2. Mix the flour with the cocoa and a pinch of salt. Turn it over on a clean counter and make a hole in the center.
  3. Arrange in the center of your volcano the honey, the essence of vanilla and the yeast dissolved in the milk.
  4. With the help of a cornet or spatula, integrate the ingredients from the inside out.
  5. The dough will be very sticky, but don’t worry, this will add a unique moisture to your chocolate burger bun. Next, add the butter and continue kneading for another 5 to 10 minutes.
  6. Take the bun of your dough to a container with flour, helping you with the cornet or spatula. Cover it and let it rest for 1 hour.
  7. While your scone is resting, melt the chocolate in the microwave, about 10-30 seconds, stirring each time to prevent burning.
  8. Next, mix it with the cornflakes. In this step we will be making the interior of the hamburger.
  9. Tip: if you don’t have a microwave, you can melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  10. Prepare the mold to make your hamburger. To do this, you can use a clean tuna can covered with a film or separator. You can also use any round container you have at home.
  11. Pour your chocolate hamburger mixture into the mold and apply some pressure so that it is well caked.
  12. Next, take it to the fridge for at least 10 minutes or until you have the rest of your ingredients ready.
  13. After the hour of resting the bread bun, take it to a roasting pan with parchment paper and give it the shape of a hamburger bun.
  14. You can lower the peaks and help shape them with wet fingers. Then let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  15. Trick: so that the parchment paper does not move, you can stick it to the roasting pan with a little oil.
  16. Meanwhile, dye marzipan with the colors of the ingredients that you like the most for your chocolate burger.
  17. For example, you can dye it green to make lettuce, red to make tomato, and yellow to make cheddar cheese. Shape each ingredient and add details to taste. You can even put little seeds in your tomatoes. Have fun!
  18. Cook the bread in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 10 minutes. Once tempered, cut it in half.
  19. Spread one of the buns with pastry cream and assemble your chocolate burger with each ingredient that you have prepared. Ready to eat!
