Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients to make Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Cupcakes:

  • 40 gr. bitter cocoa
  • boiling water
  • 200 gr. Flower 0000
  • 2 tablespoons of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 120 gr. butter
  • 200 gr. common sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 gr. Dulce de Leche (optional)

How to make Chocolate Dulce de Leche Cupcakes:

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Mix the cocoa with the boiling water and let cool. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  3. Beat the ointment butter with the sugar.
  4. Incorporate the eggs.
  5. Beat until you get a cream.
  6. Incorporate part of the dry ones (flour mixed with salt and baking powder), with the cocoa and the water.
  7. Mix and integrate the rest. The alternate integration helps us to have a better preparation.
  8. Get a homogeneous cream.
  9. Arrange a part of the preparation in the cupcake molds, add a spoonful of dulce de leche and add a little more preparation.
  10. Bake for 20 minutes, or until inserting a wooden toothpick, it comes out clean and dry. Let cool and enjoy!
