  • 20 grams of butter

  • noodles or chocolate chips
  • Crocanti almond or chopped nuts

How to make Chocolate and Cream Truffles:

  1. In a bowl we put the chocolate, the cream and the butter, and we put it in the microwave until it is all undone and mixed.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours to form the chocolate truffles with cream.
  3. After the time has elapsed, we put each ingredientin small bowls to coat the cream and chocolate truffles.
  4. We take the chocolate out of the fridge and with the help of a spoon we make balls of the size we want.
