Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies Recipe

Ingredients to make Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies:

  • 75 grams of Butter (⅓ cup)
  • 100 grams of Sugar (½ cup)
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 150 grams of milk chocolate
  • 170 grams of flour
  • 5 grams of Yeast
  • 60 grams of dried blueberries

How to make Chocolate Cranberry Cookies:

  1. The first step to make the chocolate and blueberry cookies are to mix the sugar and butter. To do this, place the ingredients in a bowl and beat with an electric whisk until they are integrated.
  2. Then add the egg and continue beating. When it has fully integrated into the mixture, add the blueberries and stir well.
