- 100 grams of chocolate
- 300 grams of Philadelphia type cream cheese
- 200 grams of grated coconut (2 cups)
- 100 grams of icing sugar
- 60 grams of ground almond

- First we melt the chopped chocolatein the microwave in a large bowl.
- Add the cream cheese, 175 grams of grated coconut and 50 g of ground almonds.
