How to make Chocolate Alfajores:
- To start with the chocolate alfajores recipe, first crush the cookies with a food processor.
- You can also put them in a bag to crush them with a rolling pin until they become powder. Then, mix them with the dulce de leche to make a dough.
- With wet hands, take a little dough and make ballsof the same size.
- Next, place them on a separator or film so that they do not stick to the surface and crush them with the bottom of a glass to give them the shape of an alfajor lid.
- Next, take them to the freezer for about 20 minutes so that they take consistency.
