Choco al Triqui Recipe

Ingredients to make Choco al Triqui:

  • 1 pc. chocolate (of 1 kilo)
  • 400 gr. fried tomato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 20ml vinegar

How to make Choco al Triqui:

  1. The cuttlefish is cooked in water and salt, chopped and set aside.
  2. Mix the tomato, garlic, oil and vinegar in a blender.
  3. The sauce is heated to serve with the Choco.
