Ingredients to make Chipotle Shrimp:
- 800 grams of shrimp
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 1 glass of tequila
- 1 small can (180 g) tomato puree
- 1 chipotle chile
How to make Chipotle Shrimp:
- Sauté the onion, add the garlic and the chopped chipotle.
- Add the tomato puree, magi juice and season with salt.
- Add the tequila and a little water.
- While the sauce is cooking, cook the shrimp separately, without their shells and with a cross cut through the back of each one.
- In a frying pan, the shrimp are sautéed in butter, add the sliced mushrooms and bathe with the sauce.
- Serve on a bed of white rice.
