Chipotle Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients to make Chipotle Shrimp:

  • 800 grams of shrimp
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 glass of tequila
  • 1 small can (180 g) tomato puree
  • 1 chipotle chile

How to make Chipotle Shrimp:

  1. Sauté the onion, add the garlic and the chopped chipotle.
  2. Add the tomato puree, magi juice and season with salt.
  3. Add the tequila and a little water.
  4. While the sauce is cooking, cook the shrimp separately, without their shells and with a cross cut through the back of each one.
  5. In a frying pan, the shrimp are sautéed in butter, add the sliced ​​mushrooms and bathe with the sauce.
