Ingredients to make Chipotle Shrimp and Media Crema:
- 2 pounds shrimp (not frozen)
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 3 cans of nestle half cream
- chipotle to taste
- Knor Switzerland Chicken Powder (powder chicken buillion)
How to make Chipotle Shrimp and Media Crema:
- Shrimps are washed and peeled. Put in a colander and let them drain.
- In the blender add the half creams, chipotles (to taste), and the Knor Suzie powder (to taste, be careful not to get too salty).
- Blend until everything is smooth.
- Heat the pot over low heat and add the butter. When it melts, add the shrimp.
- When they start to turn pink, add the media cream mixture. Stir constantly until the shrimp is done.
- I serve it on top of white rice and accompany it with a green salad. Delicious!
