Chipotle Shrimp and Media Crema Recipe

Ingredients to make Chipotle Shrimp and Media Crema:

  • 2 pounds shrimp (not frozen)
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 3 cans of nestle half cream
  • chipotle to taste
  • Knor Switzerland Chicken Powder (powder chicken buillion) 

How to make Chipotle Shrimp and Media Crema:

  1. Shrimps are washed and peeled. Put in a colander and let them drain.
  2. In the blender add the half creams, chipotles (to taste), and the Knor Suzie powder (to taste, be careful not to get too salty).
  3. Blend until everything is smooth.
  4. Heat the pot over low heat and add the butter. When it melts, add the shrimp.
  5. When they start to turn pink, add the media cream mixture. Stir constantly until the shrimp is done.
  6. I serve it on top of white rice and accompany it with a green salad. Delicious!
