Chipotle salmon recipe.

Ingredients to make chipotle salmon:

  • 2 cans of salmon in oil.
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • 4 ball tomatoes.
  • Olives and capers to taste.
  • A piece of onion.
  • canned chipotle Chile
  • Salt to taste.

How to make chipotle salmon.

  1. Make a puree with 3 of the four tomatoes, with half the garlic and a little onion, set aside;
  2. the other tomato is ground with the chipotle pepper and salt and also reserved;
  3. in a frying pan, fry the other half of the finely chopped garlic and onion in the butter.
  4. Once fried, add the salmon,
  5. then add the tomato, wait for it to simmer and add very little butter in the middle;
  6. once it has dried add the ground chipotle a little with the tomato, capers and olives and continue over low heat until a thick consistency is obtained;
  7. It is served hot with pieces of panel cheese to accompany.
