Ingredients to make chipotle salmon:
- 2 cans of salmon in oil.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 4 ball tomatoes.
- Olives and capers to taste.
- A piece of onion.
- canned chipotle Chile
- Salt to taste.
How to make chipotle salmon.
- Make a puree with 3 of the four tomatoes, with half the garlic and a little onion, set aside;
- the other tomato is ground with the chipotle pepper and salt and also reserved;
- in a frying pan, fry the other half of the finely chopped garlic and onion in the butter.
- Once fried, add the salmon,
- then add the tomato, wait for it to simmer and add very little butter in the middle;
- once it has dried add the ground chipotle a little with the tomato, capers and olives and continue over low heat until a thick consistency is obtained;
- It is served hot with pieces of panel cheese to accompany.
