Chinese rice with soy recipe

Ingredients to make Chinese rice with soy:

  • 3 units of Eggs
  • 2 units of pork chops
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 unit of onion
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 small can of Green Peas
  • Cabbage

How to make Chinese Rice with Soy:

  1. It is very important to cook the rice a day before and store it in the fridge so that it has the texture and consistency of Chinese rice.
  2. Take a large frying pan or a Chinese-type wok and fry the previously shredded chicken breast. As a note, if you don’t like mixing chicken meat with pork, you can use just chicken.
  3. Finely chop the pork chops and add them to the wok. Also add the finely chopped onion and the amount of chopped cabbage you want. Let fry for a couple of minutes and add the rice, a glass of water and the peas.
  4. Stir well and let cook for 8 minutes or so over medium heat. After this time, add the eggs, stir well and cook for two more minutes. Finally, add soy sauce to taste to give the Chinese rice a brown tone.
  5. Serve the hot Chinese rice, accompanied by Chinese bread and some sautéed prawns or mushrooms.
