Chinese rice recipe ii

Ingredients to make Chinese rice ii:

  • 3 zucchini cut into very small pieces
  • 3 equal carrots in small pieces
  • 3 Onions also chopped into small pieces
  • 3 sprigs of broccoli in small pieces

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups of rice
  • 250 grams of pork loin in small pieces
  • 200 Grms of Raw Shrimp without skin in pieces
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce

How to make Chinese rice ii:

  1. In a pot with a little water, boil the rice and when it begins to fluff up, remove it from the heat and add cold water to stop the cooking, place it in a strainer and reserve.
