Ingredients to make Chinese rice ii:

  • 3 zucchini cut into very small pieces
  • 3 equal carrots in small pieces
  • 3 Onions also chopped into small pieces
  • 3 sprigs of broccoli in small pieces
  • Butter the necessary
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Cups of rice
  • 250 grams of pork loin in small pieces
  • 200 Grms of Raw Shrimp without skin in pieces
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce

How to make Chinese rice ii:

  1. In a pot with a little water, boil the rice and when it begins to fluff up, remove it from the heat and add cold water to stop the cooking, place it in a strainer and reserve.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, put a medium piece of butter to melt and there fry the zucchini, carrot, onion and broccoli, all together.

  6. Season with salt and pepper and reserve with its juice, later in the same pan add another large piece of butter.
  7. Fry the rice by moving it a little with a wooden shovel, a few minutes later add another piece of butter and salt and pepper, fry a little more.
  8. Add the soy sauce and a little bit of the juice that came out of the frying of the meat and the shrimp, then add the fried zucchini, the egg and the shrimp and the meat and that’s it
