Chinese noodles with prawn’s recipe

Ingredients to make Chinese noodles with prawns:

  • 250 grams of noodles
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 units of Carrot
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 1 unit of green pepper
  • 30 grams of fresh prawns
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of fresh ginger
  • 30 grams of Cabbage

How to make Chinese noodles with prawns:

  1. We gather all the ingredientsto make the Chinese noodles with prawns.
  2. First of all, we cut the vegetables.
  3. In a wok or frying pan, sauté thejulienned spring onion with the pepper strips. Add a little salt and let cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Then add thepeeled and cut carrots, and the finely chopped cabbage. We cook for a couple of minutes. Carrots are a food with high beta-carotene content.
  5. Add the raw peeled prawns and add a little salt and pepper.
  6. Sauté the prawns with the vegetables and add a pinch of grated fresh ginger. We booked.
  7. On the other hand, we cook the noodlesin abundant boiling water with a pinch of salt.
  8. Mix the cooked noodles with the sautéed prawns and vegetables, add the soy sauceand stir well so that the flavors are integrated.
