- 1½ cups of Rice

- 3 cups of boiling water
- 3 tablespoons of Oil
- 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 100 grams of shrimp

How to make Chinese Fried Rice:
- To prepare our Chinese fried rice, we must first have all the ingredients ready. To do this, start by cutting the chives into small slices and set them aside. Also, clean the shrimp and chop them into two or three parts (if they are not too big you can leave them whole).
- Trick: You can turn this excellent dish into a vegan one by changing the prawns for any vegetable of your choice
- In a pot, put the oil and heat a little, then add the previously washed and drained rice. Fry the rice for a couple of minutes, always stirring, until the grains turn from crystalline to white.
- Trick: If you want a more intense flavor you can include soy sauce or soy sauce while cooking the rice.
- Add the boiling water, vinegar, salt, and chives and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add the shrimp and cook until the water completely evaporates, the process should take another 15 minutes. Keep the pot partially covered during cooking.
