Chinese Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients to make Chinese Fried Rice:

  • 1½ cups of Rice
  • 3 units of Chives
  • 2 units of Eggs
  • 3 cups of boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons of Oil
  • 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 100 grams of shrimp
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Chinese Fried Rice:

  1. To prepare our Chinese fried rice, we must first have all the ingredients ready. To do this, start by cutting the chives into small slices and set them aside. Also, clean the shrimp and chop them into two or three parts (if they are not too big you can leave them whole).
  2. Trick: You can turn this excellent dish into a vegan one by changing the prawns for any vegetable of your choice
  3. In a pot, put the oil and heat a little, then add the previously washed and drained rice. Fry the rice for a couple of minutes, always stirring, until the grains turn from crystalline to white.
  4. Trick: If you want a more intense flavor you can include soy sauce or soy sauce while cooking the rice.
  5. Add the boiling water, vinegar, salt, and chives and cook over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Then add the shrimp and cook until the water completely evaporates, the process should take another 15 minutes. Keep the pot partially covered during cooking.
  6. In a frying pan with half a teaspoon of oil, we put two previously scrambled eggs, and cook over low heat until we obtain an omelet-type omelet, one minute is enough.
  7. To finish our Chinese fried rice, we chop the tortilla into small pieces and mix it with the already cooked rice. Serve hot and accompany it with any dish with oriental flavors such as chicken in sweet and sour sauce.

Trick: If you want to make it more professional you can include peas, bean sprouts and pieces of ham to rice
