To do this, mix the flour with the boiling water and stir with a spoon until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then, on a clean counter, knead for approximately 10 minutes and let it rest for 20 minutes while you prepare the filling.
To make the filling, chop the onion, garlic, chicken, and cabbage as small as you can. Season it with the ginger and mix well. Reserve it.
