Chilpaya Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients to make Chilpaya Shrimp:

  • 1 kilogram of shrimp
  • 1 bar of butter
  • 4 units of Tomatoes
  • 1 jet of mayonnaise
  • 1 unit of Chile chilpaya
  • 1 pinch of oregano
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Chilpaya Shrimp:

  1. You cook the tomatoes with the chilpaya Chile to taste.
  2. Wash the raw shrimp, once clean, pour into a large frying pan, the butter bar over medium heat, already melted, add the shrimp and fry.
  3. Blend the tomato with the chilpaya pepper and add a few teaspoons of mayonnaise.
  4. When the shrimp are already in their pink color, you drop the sauce and when they are about to boil, add a pinch of salt and oregano and that’s it.
  5. Accompany it with white rice and handmade tortillas and eat.
  6. Be careful with the chills because they are very spicy, you can put another Chile but then it will no longer be the chilpaya shrimp.
