Chilean Pomegranate Beans Recipe

Ingredients to make Chilean Pomegranate Beans:

  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 cups of pomegranate beans
  • 3 oil tablespoons
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of colored chili
  • 2 hot green peppers
  • 2 chopped corn
  • 1 cup diced pumpkin
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

How to make Chilean Pomegranate Beans:

1 The pomegranate beans are not soaked; they are washed and cooked in boiling water without salt for approximately 45 minutes.

2 The onion, the corn, the squash are fried and the dressings are added. A little water is removed from the beans, so that the soup is not too clear.

3 To the beans are added the onion and other fried ingredients, the tomato and the peppers. Cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
