Chilean avocado cream recipe

Ingredients to make Chilean Avocado Cream:

• 2 units of ripe avocado

• ½ unit of lemon squeezed

• 1½ units of Onion

• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise

• 1 tablespoon of Ketchup

• 1 pinch of Tabasco sauce

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Chilean Avocado Cream:

Extract the pulp from the avocados, and mash them with a fork or a potato masher, until they form a smooth purée consistency. Add the lemon juice and the finely chopped onion to the avocado. The lemon, in addition to giving flavor, will prevent the avocado from turning black or oxidizing.

To continue with the Chilean avocado cream, season to taste and add the mayonnaise, ketchup and Tabasco sauce. Tabasco can be substituted for any hot sauce. Serve cold and give it the use of your preference, accompany meats, prepare sandwiches or enjoy it with toasted bread.
